Spofforth in bloom

This week students will create a colourful cover for a sewing machine or food processor using hand or machine tessellated techniques inspired by the windy paths and sunny paved areas found in sheltered cottage gardens. Combine your blocks with colourful appliqué . Students will also learn over-dyeing techniques to widen the range of coloured fabrics available for their project.
